This was a post from a larger interview with ex-Navy Seal who had access to some pretty weird stuff. The person interviewed was Bill Wood. There is a very large amount of data on this subject, and I highly recommend that you do extensive homework on this. The clip is part of a much bigger file on YouTube. The really alarming thing is the overall effects of AI
