Charles Hall and the Tall Whites – This is a series of articles and interviews about Airman Hall’s encounters with the alien culture called the Tall Whites – Audio and Text

Airman Charles Hall was a meteorologist for the US Air Force who monitored a weather station out of Indian Springs, Nevada. In doing his duties, he encountered a group of aliens called the Tall Whites and got to know then over a long period of time. According to him, they are very shy beings, who are also quite protective of their kind, especially their children. This is a series of articles and interviews done with him that gives a good cross-section of their culture

The Tall Whites, an extraterrestrial race coming from an unknown planet is a really recent phenomenon in the sense that Paola Harris and later, Michael Salla, discovered the existence of a retired airman, Charles Hall who lived with those alien on Nellis range, Nevada in 1967.

 

This race could be as important for the human destiny as the Short Greys popularized by the abduction literature except that they don’t abduct humans according to Charles. Hall decided to reveal all his story in a semi fictitious trilogy – “Millenial Hospitality” – and the less we can say is that this story is really an amazing one, another way to describe the extraterrestrial phenomenon an specially the notorious Area 51.

 

If we believe what Charlie tells us, we must admit that Nellis Range is no longer the domain of the infamous Short Greys. It doesn’t mean that those little Greys doesn’t exist and Charlie believes that maybe, the exclusive place for the Grey is in New Mexico, maybe Dulce. But it is still an hypothesis.

 

To give an external point of view about Charles Hall and the Tall Whites, we interviewed also “Sweeps den Fox” an American and Irish radio host and webmaster who’s a long time and pertinent observer of the extraterrestrial subject and the conspiracy theories.

Karma One : In the abduction literature, did you ever see a story from a victim of abduction that typically fit with the behavior and the physical description of the Tall Whites? Do you remember precisely the case? Or the Tall Whites don’t generally abduct people?

Charles Hall : No. I never saw the tall Whites abduct people in the malicious manner that the typical abduction case describes. However, as I describe in my books, while I was out on the ranges, if the Tall Whites believed that a human was in trouble or in need of help, they would come in close to offer help if they could. The terrified and confused human could easily confuse this with an attempted abduction.

For example in “Millennial Hospitality” in the chapter entitled “Olympic Tryouts” and in “Millennial Hospitality II – The World We Knew” in the chapter entitled “Olympic Dreams”, I describe my personal experiences in those areas. Also, sometimes other activities might look to humans like abductions when they weren’t. For example, in “Millennial Hospitality” in the chapter entitled “In Memory of Me”, The alien Teacher would bring her little girl to play with the human little girl.

Neither the human little girl nor her mothers were actually abducted. I have seen in the literature several cases of that type. Another case of great personal interest is the case entitled “Incident at Happy Camp” which was researched by one of the famous UFO researchers. In that case, the description of the aliens and their craft definitely matches The Tall Whites. In that case, they only abducted the humans after the humans attacked the children.

My personal Observations are: I never saw anything that would lead me to believe that the Tall White aliens are supernatural, seeded our planet, want to create hybrids, that there are wormholes in space, or that the Tall Whites travelled backward or forward in time.

I did observe craft which regularly and routinely travelled faster than the speed of light.

Karma One : In some stories about Alien Races, one could find descriptions of some kind of Nordic Tall blond, blue eyed individuals. Do you think that we can correlate the Tall White phenomena with the so called Nordic alien Type?

Charles Hall : I have no idea. I can only speak from my personal experiences with the Tall Whites and with the aliens that I describe in “Millennial Hospitality III – The Road Home” whom I call “The Norwegians with 24 teeth”.

There is no correlation that I can see between the Tall Whites and the so called Nordic alien type.

Karma One : Do you have information about the first interaction between the Air Force and the Tall Whites when the Air Force arrived in Nevada to build the Nellis installation? You seem to say that the Tall Whites were not newcomers and that they were in fact installed there for quite a long time before the US army? .

Charles Hall : I do not have any personal information regarding the first interactions between the US Government and the Tall White aliens. However, as I describe in “Millennial Hospitality III – The Road Home”, The Tall White lady who called herself “The Teacher” stated that Pamela had been born in Indian Springs Valley during the time when James Madison was the U.S. President. That was back around the years 1812. The construction of the main Tall White hanger was consistent with the late 1940’s or early 1950’s.

I note that The U.S. President Harry Truman stated that he believed he had met the ghost of Abraham Lincoln in the White House one night back when he was president during the late 1940’s. However, it is my observation that his description of the “ghost” matched completely with any number of Tall White guards that I personally saw out on the Indian Springs Ranges at night. For that reason, I would guess that the first formal interactions between the Tall Whites and the U.S. Government took place during the 1940’s or very early 1950’s.

I note that the legends of the ancient Greeks, dating back to before 972 B.C., refer to a group of Tall White “gods” who were said to have come to earth from the star Arcturus. For that reason, the ancient Greeks named the star Arcturus “The Watcher” star. For that reason, it is very probable that the Tall Whites have been coming here to earth for at least three thousand years.

Karma One : In the public imaginary, Nellis Air Force Base is related to Area 51. The location is supposed to be a base for what people named the Short Greys. Those EBE are supposed to live in deep underground bases and have tumultuous relations with the Air Force.

So, have you ever heard about the existence of other alien races on Nellis? If yes, what were the relation between Tall Whites and Short Greys? Did the Tall Whites ever talk to you about other alien races? How did they consider them? Did the Tall Whites warn us about the possible dangers posed by other alien races?

Charles Hall : It is my understanding that the only aliens out on the Nellis Ranges are The Tall Whites. However, I am quite certain that the Tall Whites and the Short Greys hate each other. I am quite certain that The Tall Whites would never permit the Short Greys to come anywhere near their base areas or near to their housing areas or anywhere that their children might be playing, etc.

For that reason, I, myself, do not believe that there are any Short Greys out at Area 51 or out in Area 52, or out on the Nellis Ranges . During the two plus years that I was out on the Ranges, I never personally saw any evidence that the Short Greys were anywhere out on those ranges or out at Area 51.

As regards your question relating to other alien races, I quote from “Millennial Hospitality II – The World We Knew” in the chapter entitled “Landing Lights”

“Are there many planets like the Earth out in space?” I asked.

“Yes,” she (The Teacher) responded. “There are quiet a few. However, humans are the only people that we have seen who live so closely with their animals. For example, you feel comfortable milking cows, riding horses, and playing with dogs. Every one of those animals could kill you, but you naturally use your intelligence to determine how each of those animals is thinking. Then you naturally take control of them. Only humans do that. On most planets, once people become intelligent, they don’t want to have anything to do with the animals that are much less intelligent then they are, so they kill them off.

“Also, humans will eat almost anything. On all of the other planets, the intelligent people will only eat plants. We, for example, only eat plants.”

On that evening, The Teacher went on to say that I needed to be careful when I was alone out on the ranges because there were “… many dangers.”

On that evening, she did not further elaborate.

Karma One : If the Tall Whites are the only alien creatures who lived in Nellis and Area 51 Papoose dry lake, do you think that all the stories about short Greys and other aliens groups are disinformation and a smoke screen?

Charles Hall : The Tall Whites do not live at Area 51 (Groom Lake) or at Area 52 (Papoose lake). They live underground in the mountains in Area 53. Their main base is in the mountain immediately to the east of Area 53, which is Area 54. Area 53 and Area 54 and the western parts of the Desert Southwest Game Range are known as DreamLand.

It is an area that is so restricted, I used to have an official USGS map of the area that did not show any of the mountains or valleys out there. Instead, it only showed a large white area labeled “Unexplored Territory”. The Tall Whites are the only alien creatures that I have ever personally seen out in the deserts and valleys and mountains north of Indian Springs, Nevada. However, I am certain that the “Little Greys” are real and are here on earth.

I do not personally believe that the “Little Greys” are or ever were at Area 51 itself. My belief is that the “Little Greys” would most likely be found somewhere else, such as in the northern and western portion of the state of New Mexico. For example, based on various items of information that I have personally come across over the years, I am quite certain that the Roswell incident of 1947 was real and that it was a “Little Grey” craft that crashed. I have never personally actually seen a little Grey, and I never want to.

As I describe in “Millennial Hospitality III – The Road Home”, I have also personally met and talked with a second type of alien, the ones that I call the Norwegians with 24 teeth. I am certain the earth is being visited by several different types of aliens. However, I am also quite certain that the US Government also periodically issues disinformation and false information as part of a campaign to create “Smoke Screens”. I believe that a substantial portion of the information relating to Area 51 is US Government disinformation and “Smoke Screens”. For example, the facilities at Area 51 are in a fenced rectangular area that is only 6 miles by 10 miles.

That is nowhere near large enough for an alien base. It is also way too small to safely operate any alien anti-gravity craft. The various fields that surrounded the small Tall White scout craft emanated out at least one and a quarter miles. Fields of that same type emanated out from the Deep Space craft for many times that distance. Neither the Alien Generals nor the USAF Generals would ever agree to bring craft with that kind of power in close to the facilities at Area 51.

Karma One : The Tall Whites look very ambiguous emotionally speaking. They are able to kill somebody in a snap, they are arrogant and in the other way, they can show love and compassion toward others, like their children. How did you perceive their emotionality? A lack of it or another way to express it, very different than ours?

Charles Hall : My observations are as follows: Each one of the Tall Whites was an individual. Each one was different from every other Tall White, just as each human is different from every other human. Each one’s emotional reactions were different from the others. In order for a human to survive being around them, it was necessary to recognize and understand how different and individual each one of them was.

Karma One : When we read your account, you show that you feel a deep feeling of amazement and fear toward the Tall Whites? They look humanoid but they don’t look like we do. Can you describe what were the first kind of emotions (in the amazement range feelings) when you saw them for the first time. What precisely attract your attention? The glowing light? The size?

Charles Hall : For those who have not read my first book, and to answer your question, it is important to remember that I simply had no point of reference for the experience of meeting creatures not of this planet. I had no briefing. It was night. It was pitch dark. It was in the large empty barracks on the Indian Springs base where I had my bunk. I was completely alone in the barracks.

The reality is much different than one might suppose. I lived with them for two years and even toward the end of that time, the experience was never relaxing. For those old enough to remember what innocent times the early to mid-sixties were, I think they might have less difficulty understanding how unprecedented my introduction was.

Karma One : Have you been the victim of threats, pressures or manipulations coming from the Air Force (your ex-employers) or the US government in general?

Charles Hall : No. Remember, as I describe in “Millennial Hospitality” in the chapter entitled “The Happy Charade” the decision to send me, and no one else, out to the ranges, was made by a committee of individuals that included the Tall Whites as well as high ranking USAF Generals and other high ranking members of the U.S. Government. The Tall Whites are very meticulous about keeping their agreements and expect the U.S. Government to be equally meticulous about keeping its agreements as well.

If I were victimized or threatened by anyone, The Tall Whites would interpret that to mean that the U.S. Government could not be trusted to keep its agreements. The consequences would be enormous. Remember also that I was a weather observer. I was an enlisted man. I was never shown any classified documents. I was never given any classified briefings. I was never a part of any classified program such as building secret aircraft. I never took any photographs. I did not bring any government property, anything material, any diary, or log book with me when I came off the ranges.

I came off the ranges with only my memories.

Karma One : What were the reactions of your friends, relatives and colleagues when you revealed them your story? And what were the reactions of the other UFO specialists? Have you been surprised by the kind of reaction?

Charles Hall : I told my wife about the extraterrestrials in early 1970, when we had been married about three months. She was not terribly interested in whether aliens existed or not.

She merely said,

“All I know, is that if I ever met one, I hope I would behave in a manner that was a credit to humans.”

My wife’s response after reading the manuscript, gave birth to the title, “Millennial Hospitality”.

I have told my story over the years, to friends, my children, and colleagues. It is difficult to characterize their reactions since people often do not express their true feelings, in order to spare your own, for the sake of your relationship with them.

Since publishing the books, I would say that the reactions of UFO specialists have been generally cordial. One enthusiastic supporter is Gerry Zeitlin at openseti.org. Karma One : Have you been able to cross your story with the testimonies of other witnesses who also worked at Nellis or in the area or in another region of the world where the Tall Whites could be installed?

Charles Hall : As you can see in my books, many other airmen who served with me at Indian Springs witnessed the tall Whites out in the desert. In addition, in the years that have passed since then, I have personally met a number of other individuals who have seen the tall Whites.

Karma One : The craft that you described doesn’t fit with the descriptions of the flying saucers type or the Delta Black Triangle type. Did you see also this kind of aircraft? Do you know if the classical saucer type and the triangle Type could be a kind of craft that one could find in the Tall White Arsenal?

Charles Hall : Over the years, I have personally seen the black triangular craft. They typically made a lot of noise. I use my own personal rule of the thumb that any craft that makes a noise when it flies was built by the USAF. The Tall White craft use an anti-gravity propulsion system. It is perfectly silent. It doesn’t leave anything behind, even sound. I note that the craft that crashed at Roswell in 1947 was disc shaped and apparently could also move in perfect silence.

However, the helicopter designed by Werner Von Braun about 1938 was also disc shaped. Von Braun’s design had four propellers inside of a large porous disc shaped envelope constructed out of light weight materials. In principle, it could have reached supersonic speeds without creating shock waves. The purpose of the disc shaped envelope was to control the airflow around the disc shaped craft as it moved, thereby, propelling the craft forward, backward, side to side, up and down.

An observer would not have been able to tell the difference between a craft of the Roswell design and a craft designed by Werner Von Braun by only considering its shape.

Karma One : As far as you know, the organization of their society could be compared to what kind of structure? A militaristic society, centralized? A kind of democracy? Or a society oriented on science and trade?

Charles Hall : It was my personal observation that their society has an organization very similar to our own American society or to the societies in western Europe.

Karma One : Do the Tall White have some kind of religion or metaphysical conception of the universe?

Charles Hall : I have no idea. They never discussed religion or philosophy with me. However, as I describe in “Millennial Hospitality” in the chapter entitled “Rite of Passage”, and in “Millennial Hospitality II – The World We Knew” in the chapter entitled “Olympic Dreams” when The teacher was talking with the other Tall White aliens, she told them that I believed in God and they all understood what she meant. A significant number of events of that type convinced me that they do have a religion and are naturally religious.

Karma One : Did the Teacher ever tell you if other human beings like us exist in other region of the universe or are we quite unique?

Charles Hall : Yes. As I stated in my answer to question #4, I quote from “Millennial Hospitality II – The World We Knew” in the chapter entitled “Landing Lights”

“Are there many planets like the Earth out in space?” I asked.

Karma One : You say that “they fear our intuitive ability and extra sensory perceptions”. Can you explain that point? Are we so intuitive toward them?

Charles Hall : I think what I actually said was that the Tall Whites are envious of our ability to mentally multi-task. They themselves seem to concentrate on only one thing at a time. Perhaps you are confusing me with someone else. The Tall Whites are physically more fragile than we are and therefore are afraid of us, just as we humans are naturally afraid of gorillas in the jungle. That fear has nothing to do with intuitive abilities or extrasensory perception.

They are also afraid because we are completely at home here on the planet earth. We, as humans, are naturally built to survive here on the earth. We understand the animals and feel comfortable handling them. We fight with each other and then laugh it off and become friends. Our bodies can take tremendous physical damage and heal quickly. We handle bee stings, minor dog bites, being kicked by a mule, falling off logs, etc. We enjoy watching, playing, and laughing at brutal contact sports such as football and ice hockey. They can’t do any of those things.

They consider the earth to be a “… cold and desolate wilderness.”

We kill each other every time we have a war. The Tall Whites view humans as rather rough and tumble creatures, who happen to have discovered how to make nuclear weapons. It is little wonder then, that they are naturally afraid of us.

Karma One : The Tall Whites seem to have telepathic abilities and they seem to like Mind control. They can read our Mind? At long distance or at close range? Is it a natural ability or they need some technological tool to perform that?

Charles Hall : As I describe in my books of the Millennial Hospitality series, The Tall Whites can only read a human’s mind if they are using their technology. In particular, they had to be wearing one of their electronic communication devices. The longest distance that I ever personally saw it operate at was one and a quarter miles. It frequently happened, especially during the daytime, that many of the Tall Whites would come to where I was and they would not be wearing their electronic devices.

On those occasions, if none of them had learned to speak English, the only way to communicate with them was using hand signals – pointing, gesturing, etc. If they chose to electronically hypnotize a human, they had to use one of their microwave based electronic devices. In that case, the human was simply hypnotized, exactly the same as if, say, he had been hypnotized by a magician during a stage show. I note that The Tall Whites have hearing at least as good as that of a dog.

Like a dog, or a rhinoceros, they appear able to hear sounds whose frequencies are too high for a human to hear. I believe that, like a Rhinoceros, their vocal cords can also make sounds that are too high for a human to hear. This means that when several of them came around to where I was, they could talk between themselves using sounds that I could not hear. On those occasions, if a human didn’t realize what was happening, it would seem as if they were practicing telepathic communication between themselves.

Karma One : Do you know what kind of technology the Tall Whites exchanged with the Air Force: Aircraft, weapon, mind control related technology?

Charles Hall : The Tall Whites were only willing to exchange technology with the US Military if it was to their advantage to do so. I am certain that technology relating to the building of better radios and electronics in general was one area where the Tall Whites and the US Military exchanged technology. Creating better quality building and construction materials that could be used to repair their Deep Space Craft was another.

The Tall Whites naturally benefited if we humans were capable of building, and constructing trade items. They were willing to exchange information relating to medicine, food, clothing, electronics, nuclear reactors, scientific details relating to our solar system and nearby solar systems, creating better metals, ceramics, and plastics.

However, the Tall Whites had no desire to exchange technological secrets relating to anti-gravity drive, travelling faster than the speed of light, or to various forms of advanced weaponry. They greatly preferred to form joint teams with the US Military where the Tall Whites provided and operated the Deep Space craft, handled all of the building & repair of the anti-gravity drives, the propulsion system, and the advanced weaponry.

Karma One : Was the central US Government, the CIA etc aware of the existence of the Tall Whites and the existence of a mutual agreement? Or is it just a private agreement, some kind of skunk work between the Air Force and the Tall Whites?

Charles Hall : I am quite certain that the Tall Whites have several agreements with the Highest levels in the U.S. Government, including with the US President, the US Congress, the US Air Force, the US Military, and with the CIA.

I am quite certain that the Tall White leaders have met with the highest leaders in the US Government, the US military, and the CIA including The US President, several of the highest ranking Senators and Congressional leaders, the highest ranking USAF Generals, and the highest levels of the CIA .

I am quite certain that all of those leaders were well aware that they were meeting with the Tall White Extra-Terrestrials.

Karma One : Do you ever regret having lived this kind of event despite the fact that it was such a trauma?

Charles Hall : No. I have never regretted having lived these events. If given the choice, I would without hesitation relive them again, painful as they were. I have always been very proud of the service that I rendered my country.

If given the choice, I would gladly do so again, even if it meant reliving both the bad times as well as the good.

“Sweeps” is the nickname of a atypical and amazing character, an American “ufologist” and radio animator living in Ireland.

He is the first one who interviewed for the radio medium Charles Hall, the retired airman who worked between 65 to 67 at Nellis Air Force Base.

Because of his unique position and view about the Area 51 and extraterrestrial subject, we thought at Karmapolis that “Sweeps” could be a very interesting witness to give us an opinion about the Tall Whites phenomenon and about the personality and credibility of Charles Hall.

Karma One: Can you present yourself briefly to our readers?

Sweeps: Can I be brief? Don’t know. OK. I was a former Agent…U.S. Army Security Agency (same as Gerry Zeitlin).

-Worked in Project Peace Hawk-Saudi Arabia-training Saudi Air Force on Top Security Base in Saudi outside of ‘Taif’… where we identified UFO’s on radar… and scrambled sorties after them time and time again

Karma One: You were the first radio show to interview Charles Hall. What where the reactions of your listeners and also viewers (because you edit a video version of the interview) toward the story of Charles?

Sweeps: Yes, ‘The Sweeps Fox Show’-Radio, was the 1^st/exclusive to AIR Charles Hall’s ‘Tall Whites‘ interview for both a Local Irish and a Global Internet Audience. It was a wonderful experience to be able to do that and ‘get the message’ out to the world… at last!

It was the one everyone was waiting for. Actually, Paola Harris the investigative photo journalist was on top of the story a year before. ‘We’ couldn’t understand why she hadn’t presented the story herself, since she had CONFIRMED all the aspects of it during her personal investigations and time with Charles Hall.

I phoned her in Rome and told her we were going to AIR the story, and she was quite nice about having been asked in advance for her approval.

Nexus magazine editor Duncan Rhodes was also quite an advocate of Charlie Hall and his 3 millennial books about his experiences with the Tall White ET’s. while serving as an Airman in the U.S. Air Force in Nevada, USA. I had established a good rapport, as well as good insights, with Charles and his wife Marie Therese which helped us present the books and the story in a very personal fashion for the broadcast.

As soon as we broadcast that show or web site was ‘hacked’. The ‘server’ for our web site was taken off line by YAHOO. We had been with YAHOO for about 5 years… and all of a sudden we were given ‘the run a round’ by them. Suddenly they ‘never heard of us’. We has ceased to exist… and were paid up for months ahead. Interesting huh? We had to go make a new web site with a better hosting policy.

Next, our ‘Sister Station’s servers were ‘knocked out’. But, our chief tech was able to locate where the ‘Zone of interference’ was emanating from, and he quickly BLOCKED IT. The interference was coming from a location in the State of Washington in America… right next to the ‘Hanford Nuclear Facility’. Nice huh? We also issued a warning that if it happened again… we would knock out their entire ‘network’… and we would have.

Our chief tech has the power and knowledge to do just that.

Karma One: According to Charles, the Tall Whites have a main base in Nellis, not very far away from Area 51 and Groom Lake. As far as you know, did the Tall whites interact with others races of alien, mainly the short Greys who are supposed to have a base also in the area?

Sweeps: Well, Charlie was in an area on Nellis Air Force Base which kept him fairly isolated while doing his duty as the ‘weather man’ for the base. He was left very much alone in order to carry out these duties, and his contact and then relationship with ‘The Tall White’ ET’s was not at all one whereby he could ask as many questions of them as he might have wanted to.

In fact, his first contact with them was quite traumatic and took him about 6 months to ‘get over’ the fact that ‘they’ did indeed exist… and were not from this planet. He went from abject fear and denial to a more gradual acceptance of the role he was to later develop with them.

I don’t believe, from what I know of conversations with Charlie and his wife, that he had any knowledge or contact with ‘Greys‘.

Karma One: Did Charles explain to you if he seen other type of aliens or if he knew that other type of aliens lived in Area 51?

Sweeps: Charlie speculated on that possibility with me, but he never admitted to seeing other types of ‘Aliens’ on the base. One has to remember that he was quite young at the time and probably had enough to deal with just adjusting to the fact that ET’s existed and were here.

I’m sure that the idea of ‘other species’ on or near the base wouldn’t have crossed his mind until reflection years later. He did however talk about seeing and identifying a Nordic type of ET before he entered the Air Force.

Could this have been a reason for him being selected in the first place to interact with another ‘species’ while serving in the Air Force?

Karma One: Do you think that the Tall Whites is a widespread phenomenon, that one could find them in other parts of the world and where?

Sweeps: Interesting, and ironic that you should ask that question. It’s also quite true that The Tall Whites had many ‘scout ships’ landing at Nellis. Why would they have so many of them… if not for other exploration or other areas on this planet which they inhabit or use for some purpose. We are aware of a place in caves in the State of Illinois-USA where they are also located… probably for a long time.

My own interest in the Charles Hall experience was generated by the fascinating FACT that I myself had an encounter with one right here in Ireland . My wife knew of it, but I reasonably couldn’t expect others to take my word for it. It’s so ‘far out’ of most people’s experience, or they would never admit to it.

As for the ‘Tall White’ I had seen here, I’d told Charlie Hall the story. He wasn’t the least bit surprised, and even gave a reason for why ‘it’ might have been so interested in ‘going through my garbage bin. That’s where I encountered it.

And that would be a whole other story too.

Karma One: The Tall Whites were the first to be at Nellis. Do you know if the Air Force has some problems when they build their huge installation in Nellis (Different gunnery range test sites, black projects test sites etc.)

Sweeps: I don’t think ‘we’ can say that ‘The Tall Whites’ were the first at Nellis Air Force Base. We do know from Charlie’s ‘tellings’ that they had been there maybe centuries ago. There is a very clandestine history there, dating back at least 50 years or more. More things will be coming out, but at this point we are still investigating with many others.

Many very forthright and ‘Disclosure Project’ type people however, are saying that the whole region inclusive of Groom and Papoose Lake… and all the vast underground facilities, actually serves as an ‘Ambassadorial Reception Center’ for many Alien species as well as for exchange technology. I’m confident that the building of Area 51 and adjacent areas will be found to have been ‘planned’ along with ET ‘committees’ and decision making after contact with the U.S. and other governments and ‘black projects’.

Karma One: In your investigations, are you able to cross the story of Charles with the testimony of others witnesses ?

Sweeps: Good question! Corroboration is always most helpful, in fact a vital part of exacting veracity/proof of ‘what happened’. In too many cases, ‘encounters’ or the like have been disbelieved or unresolved simply because they happened without witnesses to a solitary person.

Yes, in Charlie Hall’s case, witnesses are ‘coming forth’ after being tracked down due to the number of years that have passed. There are indeed people who worked at Nellis with Charlie or around the same time period. In fact, many have been found and seem willing to substantiate Charlie’s claims… and of course their own now since it’s all more or less ‘out in the open now’. They will be the subject of our further ‘Sweeps Fox Show’ on the matter.

So, their identities and whereabouts must be closely guarded at this point. But, look forward to it. They also have interesting new aspects which they will want to share about ‘that’ experience.

Karma One: In your work, you read a lot of stories about aliens. What is the originality of the story about the Tall Whites?

Sweeps: By ‘originality’ do you mean different? If so, yes it brings a whole new ‘feeling’ to our understanding of ‘ALIEN’ and this species in particular.

The ‘Tall Whites’ have family values and love of each other, have a division of labor much like ourselves, look very much ‘Humanoid’ disguising themselves to look like us quite easily, and have been interacting and ‘walking among us’ for centuries without causing a stir or bother to ‘humankind’.

Karma One: Why the Tall Whites came to earth? Are they interested by human beings and why?

Sweeps: Intelligent life seeks out other intelligent life. But, also Earth is a ‘way stations’… a place to repair, refuel, and enjoy. It’s a beautiful planet on the far end of one of the ‘ Milky Ways ‘ spiral arms.

Wouldn’t you come here if in similar circumstances to other ET species? Perhaps ‘they’ are not really interested in us as a species… except to study or amuse themselves with.

After all, Charlie Hall was like a sacrificial lamb to them. Yes he wasn’t hurt MUCH, but he was subject to their ‘mind games’ and technology at times. And ‘ the big American generals’ simply allowed the ‘Tall Whites’ to do what they wanted… an experiment with Charlie? Other Airmen, in Charlie’s place, had met with injury and severe mal-treatment.

So, here you have the American big boys playing once again with the lives of ‘ordinary people’… and didn’t care. Charlie was plain lucky!

Karma One: Why Charles Halls didn’t get apparently in trouble by revealing to the attention of the general public the existence of the Tall Whites? Do you know if Charles was finally the subject of pressures or threats from the Air Force or the Government?

Sweeps: This question has a lot of well pointed possibilities. We’ know’ that the government and its’ ‘black operations’ boys and girls, have been looking at a way to ‘wiggle off the hook’ of the BIG LIE told to the world.

They’ve been trying to figure out the best way to let people know of the existence of UFO’s and ET’s… which they have tried so hard to keep people from knowing about all these years ‘in modern times’. But also, they don’t want to be looked at as ‘the bad guys’… or have to leave town. And, they still want to be in full control when the issue is ‘leaked’ or ‘let out’ to the public… which inevitably it will have to be.

In Charlie’s case, perhaps it’s a ‘test run’… to see how people accept it from his story. It could be part of a coordinated long plan to acclimate the world’s people to the FACT that yes… UFO’s and ET’s exist, have been here in our histories, and are here now.

Karma One: In the field of the UFO specialists and conspiracy theories authors, how those people react toward the content of the story of Charles? Skeptical, cynical, indifference or a open minded attention?

Sweeps: Many now are finding Charlie Hall a ‘rallying point’. They have been impressed with the way he has disclosed his interaction with The Tall White ET’s. He told it as a ‘regular guy’, very straight forward as an ordinary person would, and came across as highly believable in ‘a matter of fact’ type of story telling about his adventures with them.

Karma One: Do you have any information about the agreement , the Tall Whites concluded with the US Air Force?

Sweeps: My sources tell me, and I trust them, that ‘The Tall Whites’ control the situation totally. The U.S. Air Force has nothing to say about it. In fact, they never got anything really usable from these ET’s… in exchange technology or any REAL Space related information.

Government officials, black operations people, and some military figures, had ‘rides’ on their space scout ships… but were not giving them access to their ‘Deep Space Craft’ or their agendas here. Make no mistake, this planet Earth has already been fully infiltrated and ‘taken over’ in many ways.

While the ET’s of many species still basically follow the much talked about ‘prime directive’ of non-interference, they do nevertheless oversee everything staying in the background. What exactly that means… is still to come.

Karma One: Let’s talk about Area 51. What credibility do you give to the Branton Files and the Omega Files, this huge volume of information about the installation of the Short Greys in Area 51, their occult agenda and the enormous underground installation?

Sweeps: My comment on this question is to ask a question. How much real power do the ‘Greys’ have among the other groups/species which are here? I don’t believe that they are all working together.

I think they tolerate each other to a degree, but I’m convinced from my own group consultants that there exists a hierarchy higher then the little ‘POOP ‘Greys’.

Karma One: When we read the general literature about abduction but also some books like the books of the Montauk “team” (Swerdlow, Peter Moon, Preston Nichols), many races of extraterrestrial are currently involved in activities on earth? How many? What are their goal?

Sweeps: I remember in my Army intelligence duties discussing just this very question in closed meetings. We were aware, and this goes back about 20 years, of about 54 different species which were fairly well established. Any statement like this will be and has been discredited, and the people making these remarks made to look like fools or outright delusional. It doesn’t matter.

I always say, when asked if I really believe this, ‘Knowing is a lot better than just believing’. Now, out of the ‘dis-information’ business, myself and many of my consultants agree that we may be looking at over 102 recognized species on this planet. Some are here long periods, have been here, or simply come and go.

People as me, formerly in United States Services, are more fortunate than those of other countries. Our ‘security oath’ only lasts for 20 years, not to talk about ‘things one has learned’ until that time period is up. In Britain and many other countries they have a lifelong fettering to a ‘State Secrets Act’, or something like it.

It would be difficult for ANY of us to say definitively what ET’s goals might be. We are really not privy to their cultures or their basic psychologies. Mostly we are left to use ‘Epistemology’… ‘ways of knowing’ things. We have to look closely at ‘their’ actions and try to extrapolate what they could mean.

We are still ‘listening and learning’, and always require more input and analysis. We keep in mind, that this is a BIG Universe… even the physical one we think we know, and that there are ‘goodies’ and baddies’.

Karma One: Have you been yourself the “victim” of strange encounters with UFO and alien? Have you been the victim of abduction?

Sweeps: I will have to make a long story short, for this interview. Our experience in Ireland with ET’s and their ‘different’ craft began after I returned from the ‘Desert Storm’ assignment, training the Saudi troops. It was unexpected, even though in my various capacities, I’d seen UFO’s in many parts of the world and had very uncommon experiences with them and their occupants.

Our whole family was involved in a series of ‘Skywatching’ and signaling right around our home here, starting in 1999. It started simply as a ‘together’ leisure family activity, after I’d noticed UFO’s in the night sky for a few weeks. I do, of course, know the difference between satellites, aircraft, aerial/visual anomalies, ‘trick’ of light, and REAL ‘unknowns’.

There are over 4,000 satellites circling the planet, but they are on predictable orbits and only about one-quarter of them are still really functioning. We know where and when to expect satellites to be seen. There is a manual which scientists, astronomers, and UFOlogist use. It’s called ‘The Ephemeris’, and denotes the flight path of ALL satellites.

So, I was quite excited that we were having UFO’s in Ireland , and we started to signal and video them. We were all pleasantly surprised when ‘they’ flew back and forth over the house… signaling back, or hovering for awhile and then ‘shooting off’. And, sometimes they would come over head and simply ‘blink out’… disappear!

They would also affect our electricity in many strange ways.

The signaling halogen lamp would go out and then come back on, house lights would do the same, TV channels would start switching from station to station in various rooms in the house, the car’s engine would stop and then start again, and the phones would start ringing with no one on the lines. But one of the oddest things was that E-mails would ‘start sending themselves’.

‘They’ seemed to be able to start dialing my E-mail connection and try to send messages. I have such an incident on video. We did never really get a message, just that the dialing would be noticed.

There were many things, which most people without such experiences would find totally unacceptable or even insane according to their ‘one world view’. That is; what most people ‘think’ Reality is. One night during a ‘typical’ skywatch, when there was a lot of activity. One of my daughters was ‘struck’.

She was out with me watching ‘the passing parade over head’ and very suddenly she feel to the ground. She had both legs paralyzed, and had to be carried into the house. She had no feeling in either leg, and could not move them. As Nurses, my wife and I gave her every test available for ‘feeling’ and movement. She was also left with reddened ‘diamond’ shaped marks on her upper thighs, which lasted for months. Sensation started to return later in the evening. It was a temporary condition.

But for what purpose? We have that entire incident on video-infra red. That’s a whole other story!

Only a few years ago, one would be thought of as ‘crazy’ if they talked about telepathy and thought transfer without speaking. No days, people are speaking more freely about it. And major government and military programs have such research and investigations in place. Well at the risk of ridicule, a tactic of character assassination used by ‘The Black Opts’ groups, I will tell you quit outright that I’ve had telepathic contacts with ET’s.

Many of these were written up in Magazines and newspapers, mainly because the information given to me was ‘right on’ and provable. Generally, I would be ‘told’ telepathically to go outside ‘Now’ or in a few minutes. By following this prompting, I would be outside at just the right time to view a UFO and even video some of them.

There are many stories-incidents which occurred, but too long for this interview. I talked about many of them at a lecture to students at UCD-University College Dublin a year or so ago. They were enthralled, and not the least bit ‘put off’ by the concept. Things are changing. I really believe now that ‘the kids’ are ready for all of this.

They’ve been brought up with a lot of this, which has created a restless curiosity and interest in both ET’s and the paranormal.

Karma One: Your country, Ireland, is quite known for a tradition with fairy creatures and tales? Is it the same about UFO and alien, meaning that Ireland could be a good site for close encounters with aliens and UFOs? If yes, why? And is there any peculiar sites in Ireland that are the subjects of strange manifestations (some kind of local Montauk, Area 51 site)?

Sweeps: I imagine all countries and cultures, going way back into pre-history, have their myths and legends of ‘Gods from the sky’, strange creatures which arrived and then left, ‘magical protected’ places, unaccountable ‘constructions’, ‘flying machines’, great teachers, great weapons and battles between non-human races, and even cross breeding with humans by beings who were separate and different from us.

These are among the same type of tales in Ireland.

The ‘Tuatha de Danaan‘ were said to be a ‘space race’. They came from the skies and returned to the skies. Cuchulain, a hero in Irish mythology, had weapons which ‘hissed’ and trailed fire and could find the enemy even in caves. Sounds like some kind of tracking-homing weapon.

He had many other weapons which sound quite like ‘modern or space age technology’. There were also ‘people’ who flew in ‘Enchanted Chariots’, even up to and beyond the skies to the ‘Palace of the Gods’. Their ‘crafts’ were well described by ancient traditions, of metal and glass, and had all the appearances of oval or flying discs. Yes the Fairy tales in Ireland , similar to those of Britain and Scotland , are still talked about and truly believed by many here.

Many people have older relatives who recall ‘hearing the fairies playing their music and dancing’ in the woods or fields. Some people still volunteer ‘seeing’ the fairies or a Leprechaun. They are said to be in a side dimension, and only certain people can interact with or see them. The very ‘queer’ thing, is that even now little children often report, quite unconcerned by what adults might think, that they have ‘played’ with fairy creatures. They describe them as fun loving, flying and darting about, and with transparent wings.

They are sometimes said to be very mischievous and play trick on humans, according to many accounts. But, they are said to be very fond of Nature and quick to be upset if humans try to interfere with Natural things and the environment. Are such things ‘real’. Why not? We are just beginning the finding out, that ‘we’ don’t know the first thing about ‘Reality’.

I keep an opened mind.

As for UFO’s in Ireland , since it’s a ‘global happening’ of course UFO’s and their occupants visit here. One can not speak of it being a phenomenon anymore, because it’s happening all over the world on a daily basis. Many of the sighting in Ireland , as elsewhere, happen along the ‘LEY LINES’… magnetic tracts in the ground.

Scientists themselves have only recently verified that such ‘power tracts’ do indeed exist. They actually criss-cross the entire Earth. We have such ‘Lines’ crossing here around our home, which may be one reason for so many sightings.

Castle Leslie is in the very same Ley Line area, just down the road from us. The Monaghan area where we live does seem to have a preponderance of ‘sightings’. Further, Ireland has over 12,000 megalithic sites, which also seems to produce strange ‘feelings’ in people and are sites where many people claim to see ‘ghosts’ and apparitions.

In our area is a group of old homes called Dunna Row. The last man living in those ancient homes has recently died.

But, in the past, before someone would die at Dunna Row a glowing ‘craft’ would appear days before. It’s been witnessed time and time again over the years. These are things much more than legend.

They have been seen by multiple witnesses up to and including ‘modern times’.

Karma One: What do you think about the hypothesis from people like David Icke, Branton, Swerdlow etc. who think that our universe is manipulated by extraterrestrial or reptilian entities? Do you think that our world is manipulated by the Illuminati, the reptilian bloodlines or do you believe that the alien phenomenon is much wider than this plausible manipulation?

Sweeps: One can only imagine the profusion of ‘influences’ on us here on Planet Earth. David Icke and the others you’ve mentioned, often go ‘far a field’ and are down right ‘silly’.

Their ‘Cosmos Conceptions’ can sometimes read like the ‘tabloid press’ or ‘The examiner’ type newspapers and magazines. Many of their ‘conspiracy theories’ are actually based on dubious investigations or claimed informants from ‘secret clubs’ or organizations. Most of these groups are nothing more than ‘old school ties’, or vested interest groups which ‘hang together’ for their own economic and social engineering agendas.

That doesn’t mean they can’t do damage to ‘the little guy’ or bring about chaos and globalization in their own interests.

Such ‘hidden’ factions cum ‘secret organizations’, can indeed be ‘power brokers’ and manipulate world markets or cause wars and disruption to civil liberties. They, in that regard, are to be considered criminals and agents of control.

They are akin to many of our social/cultural institutions, which work hand in glove with each other to keep people dumbed down so as to not upset the ‘one world view’ which ‘they’ have us sealed in to.

An example would be government and religion working together. Basically ‘they’ want people to be ‘working units’, pay taxes, be consumers, don’t step out of line, believe the social myths and lies they are fed, and not advance to the second stage of thinking… which is to start to question things they have been taught not to question.

We start to learn by imitating others. It’s simply mimicry, and most people never get out of that stage. Look around, people are followers doing things everyone else is doing.

‘They’ certainly don’t want a bunch of ‘free thinkers’ running around. First of all there would be no Religion. There can’t be a religious institution with free thinkers.

People have to be instilled with fear, told they need intermediaries and guides, and that all the questions have already been answered for them.

As I’m wont of saying:

‘No organized institutional religion serves the spiritual needs of humankind. They serve themselves.’

That’s also why ‘drugs’ used in the right way are such a threat to the establishment.

Drugs stop social conformity, opens people up to Eureka experiences, and ends forever programmed conditioning. People start behaving as anarchists. Anarchists don’t really go around with bombs destroying things.

They just want to be left alone to govern themselves. This can’t be allowed. Such people see life differently and want to enjoy internal freedom and exploration. They look at life as art, to be able to be free and express themselves without controls. This is not permitted in our cultures, to look at life that way.

So, most people become or remain as ‘sheeple’. This is the real fight in life. To fight ‘ordinariness’ and ‘do your own thing’.

Karma One: Do you think that the mentality of the general public has changed toward the UFO and alien subjects?

Sweeps: Sure, in some senses. If a UFO landed in a big crowd or public place, they would at least now say ‘oh, there’s a flying saucer’. They’ve become familiar enough through movies, videos on the subject, and books etc. with what that means.

But, the big answer is far more reaching. Most people ‘don’t want to know’, unless it effects their day to day existence itself!

Karma One: We saw that you were interviewed by the BBC. Have you been ostracized by the mainstream media about the nature of your work and your general approach of “abnormalities”, UFOs and “paranormal subjects”?

Sweeps: You must understand that we are all ostracized by ‘media’. Most people don’t realize that media, especially aired major media-TV, CABLE, AND RADIO – are all owned.

Owned media groups serves up their own agenda and vested interests, be it government or private consortiums. The programming is essentially mediocre and inconsequential in its’ offerings. It’s one of the prime ways of keeping people ‘dumbed down’. They present ‘a hall of mirrors’ making your choices for entertainment, sports, and learning, seem bigger than they really are.

My recent BBC ‘interview’ was a case in point… an object lesson. I got in a few good points with Sir Patrick Moore the astronomer, but was cut in to repeatedly by the fast talking ‘put down’ host of the show before I could conclude or expand the points. He never gave my proper title or background material, which he had asked for before the show. Never gave me time to get in the web site or E-mail address, and then ‘cut me off’ in mid flow.

I happen to know that ‘Sir’ Patrick Moore is ‘in the closet’ about UFO’s and ET’s… because of my association with Desmond Leslie, who was a good friend of Patrick. Revealing this would have cast aspirations and doubt on his scientific agenda reputation and affect his job with BBC. This was not an interview; it was a protection of their ‘policies’.

Of course, there was no fairness to be accorded me in a ‘debate’ with one of their own.

Those are reasons for doing my own ‘Sweeps’ Fox Shows. We present the news which is withheld from people. The too hot to handle or comment on news, and the controversial but vital issues which impinge on an understanding of things effecting people’s futures. We tell it ‘like it is’. We tell it without the ‘one reality’ filters people are use to.

We take off the ‘blinders’, and hope to raise questions about what we are told or permitted to know… all in order to raise individual consciousness about what ‘Reality’ really is.

Most media have policies which are tied to vested interest groups, the government rules, or editorial control, and bias philosophies by their owners or stock holders. We are not socially mundane, nor mere ‘readers’ or presentors. We are though, provocative and unique in the interests of all humankind and the environment.

By environment we mean the bio-sphere as well as the atmosphere of ‘freedom’. We try to be that voice of freedom, away from old entrenched ideas from establishment pressures to conform, and from outdated ‘war on people’.

We don’t wear suits, do ‘spam’ consumer advertising, and we don’t cater to bureaucracies… or the ‘norm’.

Interview with Charles and Marie Hall, July 2003 – Colorado springs

1. What evidence that there are Extraterrestrials interacting with Humans on this planet?

In addition to my own personal experiences, the best evidence that I have consists of the verbal reports given to me during the 1965 to 1968 time frame by the other men who served with me in the USAF.

I, myself, do not have any physical evidence, photographs, logbooks, anything printed or written reports. However, over the years, I have seen several pictures and highly reliable reports published in books by other authors that showed and reported on the tall whites. The pictures also showed one of the tall white’s scout craft.

One of the most interesting reports was published by Alan J. Hyneck of project Blue Book fame. He reported having chemically analyzed material that was reported to have fallen out from the bottom of a UFO. In his report, published back in the late 1960’s, (not sure of the exact date of publication ) he stated that its chemical composition was similar to the composition of slag taken from an aluminum furnace that had been heated to approximately 1100 degrees F (I am doing this from memory and believe that I have the proper temperature).

He failed to notice that the chemical composition of that “aluminum slag” is the same as the composition of modern fiber optics that has been heated to its melting temperature.

Optical fibers have a chemical composition that is very high in aluminum. If he had noticed the similarity, he would have had strong evidence for the existence of UFOs that also pointed the way towards understanding the construction of their anti-gravity drive power plant. If American scientists would inspect the sub atomic particles that are easily created, (such as meson, baryons, etc) to see which ones can have their path of flight controlled by optical fibers, his work would have resulted in one of the major discoveries in physics of all time.

The physical construction of the tall white scout craft and the tall white deep space craft is further described in my books. In addition, in the appendix of Millennial Hospitality III The Road Home, I describe my theory of physics entitled “Hall Photon Theory”.

I believe that it explains why the construction of the tall white craft allows those craft to rapidly accelerate to velocities greatly in excess of the speed of light.

2. Can you speak from personal experience?

Yes. My three book series entitled “Millennial Hospitality“, and associated writings, describe in detail my personal experiences at Indian Springs, Nevada, and my personal interactions with the tall white extraterrestrials, whose Base is located in the mountains north of Indian Springs, Nevada.

3. What was your job and position on the Nellis Base? Please state the dates.

I enlisted in the USAF in July 1964. After completing basic training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas, I was trained as a USAF weather observer at USAF Weather Training School at Chanute AFB, Illinois. My duties were that of a USAF weather observer during my entire service in the USAF. In late March or early April of 1965, I was assigned to the weather squadron stationed at Nellis AFB at Las Vegas, Nevada.

I was stationed at Nellis AFB from the early spring of 1965 until May 1967. While I was permanently stationed at Nellis AFB, Nevada, I was assigned to several temporary tours of duty as the duty weather observer to the Nellis gunnery ranges that are located at Indian Springs, Nevada. Temporary Duty meant that I received extra pay and benefits while serving on the Indian Springs ranges.

However, my chain of command, my pay records, and my mailing address remained at Nellis AFB. In between my temporary tours of duty at Indian Springs, I could return to Nellis AFB for duty for various short periods of time.

For example, I returned to duty at Nellis AFB for the Christmas holidays of 1965. As described in my first book, Millennial Hospitality, at first, the other USAF weather observers and I shared and rotated the duty at Indian Springs. However, during the late summer of 1965, and at least twice again in the very early spring of 1966, in separate incidents, my replacement weather observers reported being terrified and threatened while out on the ranges.

One was very badly attacked and given a medical discharge. Another two-man team of weather observers refused to go out onto the ranges because they reported that they were followed and harassed when they were out there.

After those events, as described in my first book, a committee of high ranking USAF officers and government officials was formed and they decided to send me alone as the primary duty weather observer for the Indian Springs gunnery ranges, while still maintaining the temporary duty status with its extra pay and privileges. I was given special orders, as described in my first book.

From that time on, I was stationed almost continuously at Indian Springs. I returned to duty at Nellis AFB only for a few short periods of time to rest and take leave, etc.

On 07 May 1967, I was transferred from Nellis AFB to Binh Thuy AFB, Republic of South Vietnam.

I was stationed at Binh Thuy from 07 May 1967 until 08 May 1968. I was stationed at Binh Thuy over the Communist Great Tet Offensive. Having completed my Vietnam tour of duty, I returned to the U.S. and I was honorably discharged from the USAF on 08 May 1968 at Travis AFB, California.

4. Were there others besides you that saw the Tall Whites?

Yes, the tall white extraterrestrials were seen out on the Indian Springs Ranges by many other USAF personnel.

These USAF personnel frequently encountered them at close range in and around the buildings located out on the various ranges during both day and night time operations. Encountering the Tall White extraterrestrials at close range was such a shock that they were frequently reported as ghosts, angels, or as fantastic creatures.

For example, weather observers who saw a group of them standing side by side would commonly report having seen a radioactive floating horse named “Range Four Harry.” Other USAF personnel would report seeing short glimpses of the tall whites at close range, and then report having had a “Missing Time” experience or having had an unusual dream.

5. Were they ever in the company of other military and when?

Yes. As reported in my books and writings, I frequently saw the tall white extraterrestrials accompanied by UASF Generals and other high-ranking USAF officers.

6. When was your first encounter with these white beings?

In late May of 1965 and early June of 1965. However, it took me many months to control the shock, the terror, my natural fear of them, and to accept the reality of my experiences. As described in my books and writings, for many months I lived in denial of my experiences, preferring instead to believe almost any other explanation for what was happening.

7. What message did the teacher give you and how do they wish to interact with us?

The Tall White female who called herself “The Teacher” explicitly stated to me that all they really wanted was for people to enjoy them, while they were here.

8. Do you still think they are there?

Yes. I believe that they are still there because the main hanger and their living quarters were permanent constructions located in the mountains at the north end of the Indian Springs valley.

The aliens live underground.

The main hanger is underground and dug into a mountainside. It has an ideal location.

It allows the tall white deep space craft to easily arrive here on earth, land in front of the hanger entrance, and to enter and later leave the hanger without being easily observed and without interfering with civilian airline operations in the Las Vegas area.

9. Do you believe that there could be other races on Earth and Where?

Yes. In the third book entitled “Millennial Hospitality III, The Road Home” I describe the second race of aliens that I have personally met that are here on earth.

In my book I refer to them as The Norwegians. I believe that they are coming here from one of the nearby stars such as, perhaps, Bernard’s star, which is approximately 5.5 light years away. They might also be coming from the next star past Barnard’s star, which is approximately 6 light years away and located in the same general direction.

I encountered them in Cambridge Wisconsin in 1961, and again in Madison Wisconsin in the fall of 1962 and in the very early spring of 1963.

They look exactly like people from southern Norway, except that they have only 24 teeth and slightly webbed toes. Humans, of course have 32 teeth. The teeth on these aliens have much shorter roots than human teeth, and they can replace any tooth that they may accidentally lose. This means that they are not limited to only two sets of teeth the way humans are.

I would think that there would exist some dentists, both in Madison, Wisconsin, and in northern Europe in other University communities in the colder portions of the world that could verify their existence. Incidentally, as described in my books and writings, the ones that I personally met, had unusually calm and pleasant dispositions.

They seemed to want only to fit into our society and enjoy life.

10. Why did you write Millennial Hospitality ?

I wrote The Millennial Hospitality series because I want my children and grandchildren to understand how I felt when I encountered the tall white extraterrestrials out in the Indian springs valley in Nevada.

This is to announce the results of a continuing investigation of Charles Hall’s testimony described in his three volume memoirs, Millennial Hospitality where he recounts his service on Nellis Air Force base where he met and interacted with Tall White extraterrestrials who had reached agreements with the US Air Force to establish a secret base at Indian Springs, Nevada. The field investigator is David Coote, an airline pilot who, along with Paola Harris, was responsible for initially making the Charles Hall case known to the wider UFO community. David has investigated the testimony of Charles Hall by tracking down and interviewing three individuals described in the book series.

 

The purpose of the investigation was to find corroborating evidence that Charles Hall did serve as a weatherman at Indian Springs; that incidents described in Millennial Hospitality are accurate; whether there were sightings of UFOs/extraterrestrials at the Indian Springs ranges; and any personal recollections about Charles Hall that would help determine his credibility. David is collaborating with the author and other researchers in ascertaining the veracity of Charles Hall’s testimony by interviewing independent witnesses, finding documentary evidence; and distributing the results of these investigations to the wider UFO/Exopolitics research community.

David was able track down and interview three of the military personnel described in the Millennial Hospitality series. What follows are the key points from the interview(s) David conducted with each of the three personnel, along with David’s and my own final reflections on the significance of this further evidence supporting the Charles Hall case. The names used in the Millennial Hospitality books are pseudonyms and I will use the three witness designations used by David in his interview in order to maintain confidentiality of the three former military colleagues of Charles Hall. I thank David Coote and Charles Hall for permission to share this information with the general public. I also thank Paola Harris for facilitating communications between Charles Hall, David and different researchers. I also thank Dr Robert M. Wood for his helpful comments that assisted me revising an earlier draft of this article

Finally, a significant piece of documentary evidence that has emerged is a newspaper clipping concerning the building of a very large accommodation facility at Indian Springs in 1951 was kindly supplied by Dr Wood. The January 5, 1951 story from the Las Vegas Review Journal describes 300 million dollars spent in 1951 to fund the facility and that it was not connected with the atomic program. The funding of this very large facility may be what was described in the Millennial Hospitality book series as the ’large hangar base’ built to accommodate the tall whites and their ships by the USAF in the 1950s.

David Coote Interviews Three Military Witnesses to Events on Indian Springs

In an email to the author on July 24, 2005, David described his attempts “to find corroborating testimony from any witnesses to Charles Hall’s story.” David explains that his attempts,

“met with some success after he was able to track down three individuals who were stationed with Charles at Indian Springs Auxiliary Field during the same period in the sixties.”

David further states that,

“in keeping with Charles’ original desire to keep these individuals’ identities protected (as he did in his books) we shall refer to them as witness ’A’ from Michigan, witness ’B’ from Pennsylvania, and witness ’C’ from Ohio.”

David says that the testimony of the three witnesses, though not conclusive “is yet significant in cementing Hall’s story in several ways.” David states:

“all three witnesses were also utilized as weather observers as Charles had been. They remembered Charles, and confirmed his presence and job as Charles had described. They also recalled everyday, mundane events, and described the place just as Charlie had written in his books. They also remembered some of the other names that Charlie had mentioned.”

Another significant point is that none of the witnesses had read any Charles Hall’s books. Witness B, however, had heard an interview of Charles Hall on Coast to Coast radio and passed on this information to witness C.

Witness ’A’ was a weather station observer for the USAF (Det. 31/ 25^th Wx Sqdn – USAF MAC unit) and was also an ex-civilian policeman. David asked questions about how well Witness A knew Charles Hall. Witness A answered:

“I knew him very well.”

“Really nice guy – real sweet – hard not to like Charlie.”

“He was one of those really smart guys… chemistry major or something.”

“I taught him how to play chess and he knocked me off the Base tournament one time… very intelligent.”

David then asked about significant events mentioned in Hall’s books especially those concerning anomalous occurrences and an incident involving Witness A:

“They [other base personnel] used to come up with this story of ’Range Four Harry’…he was some kind of wild, radioactive horse…” also …”Charlie remembered that? [regarding an incident where witness ’A’ broke a tie-rod in a truck out on the ranges] …well I’ll be damned…yeah I did that.”

Witness ’B’ is presently 62 years old with a degree in electronics. David again asked about the witness’s recollection of Charles Hall and incidents described in Millennial Hospitality. Witness B said:

“Charlie was a particularly bright character…more studious…more reserved… Didn’t talk much about it…we heard rumors constantly [about what went on out on the ranges]…’Range Four Harry’ etc .. Charlie was so serious about it. But he didn’t really want to talk about it… I felt he didn’t know who he could trust. …there were rumors about people getting transferred… if you say too much about this stuff then you might find yourself where you didn’t want to be. …Charlie spent more time out there [on the ranges] than the rest of us. …I believe in him…that he was dealing with something out there. … I never felt I was alone when I was out there. … It was a very secure area. ”

David explains how at one stage he [witness ’B’] had been told from another individual that the Air Police never responded to calls out on the ranges because “…they were afraid.” David also noted that witness ’B’ stated that witness ’C’ … “is a very sincere person.”

Witness ’C’ (“Pushing sixty” – combat veteran, Retired). David again asked how well he knew knew Charles Hall and about any significant events on the ranges and got the following responses:

“Yes I knew Charlie…I relieved Charlie when he left Indian Springs…It was an eerie place…Only knew Charlie a week…he wanted to talk to me about Einstein’s theory of relativity.

David notes that when witness ’C’ first got to serve on Indian Springs he was told “to be observant of UFO’s”. Witness C further explained:

“…I did feel many times my life was in danger. I’d call the aerodrome officer at Nellis AFB whenever I had suspicious occurrences and they would never confirm any aircraft in the area. …a lot of the time I knew I wasn’t alone out there; whatever these forces were they were hostile to me because I had a hostile intent towards them.”

David explained that Witness C admitted he had “always been a ’fight first’ type of personality”.

 

David explained how witness C,

“felt threatened by certain events that had taken place although he never saw the ’culprits’. There were occasions when “they” would shut the generators off; once, both at the same time… also switched the light switch off in the truck when he had left it running outside in the dark.”

David also pointed out that ’Witness C’ stated he had seen unexplained lights out there, both on the ground and in the air. David then explained more about what led to Witness C abandoning his duties at the weather station:

“About the time he’d “finally had enough” an incident occurred, when he sensed company and where an “orderly” pile of large ’target posts’ (approx 10″ by 10″ by 15 foot) had been strewn about just outside his range shack one night. He just jumped in his truck and drove back to Base. He told his First Sergeant that he didn’t want to go out there again, that: “I’ve performed my duties to the best of my ability, and I don’t care if you put me in the brig.”

“I recommended that they pull the weather station from the ranges and put it at the radar site on Nellis for security and other reasons…and that’s what they did.”

Witness C also explained to David:

“It was Charlie who… had mentioned to me certain areas not to go… where his [Charlie’s] truck had been ’shut-down’… and other areas where he had had daylight sightings of ’dirigibles.’ …these things were never talked about officially. We would only mention occurrences ’one on one.’ …The only thing that was ever officially said was that the First Sergeant told me that under no conditions was I to ever put a UFO report on the comments or remarks section of the [weather observer report ] …an official Air Force document… I’m guessing that apparently there had been a problem in the past.”

 

Conclusions

The results of the interviews with corroborating witnesses offer evidentiary support for Charles Hall and several of the incidents described in his books. First, they confirm that Charles did serve as a weatherman and that he did perform his duties in an isolated and frightening environment. Witness B confirmed that Charlie often served alone out on the weather ranges; and even the Air Police were too frightened to go out on the ranges. This is consistent with Hall’s description of the high level of anxiety experienced by servicemen over the unexplainable events on the weather ranges.

Second, Witness C’s testimony that he was strictly instructed not to record UFO sightings on his daily logs offers support for Charles Hall contention that the Tall Whites frequently flew their ships in the area of Indian Springs. Witness C recalled that Hall had told him about ’dirigibles’ he had seen in the sky which confirms that Hall had told others about his UFO sightings during his service at Nellis Air Force base. Hall describes in his books numerous instances where he could monitor the large interstellar ships entering and leaving their secret base through the theodolite he used for tracking weather balloons.

Third, witness C confirms that as a result of the ’high strangeness’ at the weather station, he had fully abandoned doing any further service out on station despite possible punishment by his military superiors. This offers support for Charles Hall testimony that many preceding and subsequent servicemen had to abandon their duties due to intimidation from and fear of the Tall Whites. This combined by Witness B’s recollection of the fear of the Air Police to travel out to the weather station suggests that the Air Force did not brief the servicemen about any extraterrestrials thereby helping explain the ’high strangeness’ and fear by many of the servicemen who served at Indian Springs.

Fourth, witnesses A and B confirmed that the existence of urban legends such as “Range Four Harry” as a radioactive horse which Hall recounts as an inaccurate description of the Tall Whites when in their protective suits. According to David,

“Hall’s explanation was that ’Harry’ was a Tall White guard who spent a lot of time on Range 4, whereas the ’Radioactive horse’ was how a group of Tall Whites would appear at night as they transited the ranges as a close-knit group in their luminous, protective suits.”

None of the three witnesses could confirm having directly seen either an extraterrestrial or a UFO while serving with Charles Hall at Nellis AFB. This may be result of the psychological impact of unbriefed servicemen encountering UFOs/ETs in an isolated environment. Certainly the strong reaction from Witness C in terms of abandoning his duties regardless of punishment suggests such a psychological impact was evident. If this is what occurred, then further interviews and perhaps hypnotic regression may elicit further recollections that may confirm the existence of ETs/UFOs that Charles claimed to witness when based at Nellis Air Force Base. Unfortunately, the witnesses have indicated a desire to maintain anonymity, and do not appear overly eager to participant in further interviews thereby precluding for the moment this kind of follow up.

The newspaper clipping supplied by Dr Wood offers documentary evidence that a classified project was being conducted at Indian Springs that may have been intended for the Tall White extraterrestrials discussed in the Millennial Hospitality series. The construction of a large hangar facility for interstellar Tall White ships and accommodation for the Tall Whites in a secure mountain location presumably would have required a large outlay of capital. The 300 million dollars spent in 1951 according to the American Institute for Economic Research converts in 2005 terms as 2.2 billion dollars (see AIER Cost-of-Living Calculator). Given the lack of surface constructions at Indian Springs that would explain where these ’accommodation’ facilities were constructed, it’s likely that these were underground and/or constructed inside the mountains located at Indian Springs.

The conclusion of these further investigations by David Coote is that Charles Hall testimony has been corroborated in the following ways:

• Charles Hall served in the isolated environment of the Indian Springs bombing ranges
• there was a degree of ’high strangeness’ with the things happening at Indian Springs
• the legend of ’Range Four Harry’ was known to other servicemen
• that UFO’s were known to senior military personnel who instructed subordinates not to record UFO’s in official Air Force logs

While there has not been direct confirmation of Charles Hall testimony of the ’Tall White’ ETs and UFOs, the investigations do not negate any of the testimony provided by Charles Hall. In contrast, the independent testimonies of three other servicemen who served at Indian Springs and the remote weather ranges confirm many aspects of Hall’s narration of events at the isolated and secure facility. Therefore, the credibility of Charles Hall as a ’whistleblower’ describing events occurring in a classified project at the Indian Springs facility at Nellis AFB during 1965-67 is strengthened. The 1951 Las Vegas Review Journal story also lends support to Charles Hall claims about a large underground facility constructed in the mountains located at Indian Springs specifically for the use of Tall White personnel and their interstellar vehicles.

Investigations conducted to corroborate Charles Hall testimony so far indicate that Charles has stuck closely to the actual events and personnel described in his series of books. The three witness testimonies and the Las Vegas Review journal all offer independent confirmation for various aspects of Hall’s testimony. This provides independent evidence that Charles Hall’s claims about the Tall Whites being based on a secure and isolated military facility on Nellis Air Force base are worth serious consideration by researchers into the UFO phenomenon and exopolitics.
